You are a black hole.

You begin as a mote smaller than the dust around you. You end larger than galaxies.

Cosmic Devourer is a pure idle incremental about the patient, inevitable hunger of a singularity. Matter falls inward on its own — you grow, sharpen your gravity, and watch your reach expand from a field of debris to the edge of everything.

Devour the universe, one scale at a time

Climb eight astronomical tiers, each dwarfing the last:

Debris Field → Asteroid Belt → Moons → Rocky Worlds → Giant Worlds → Stars → Stellar Giants → Galaxies

You can only pull in what is smaller than you — so every tier begins with you as a speck among looming giants, and ends with you swallowing them whole. Then the camera pulls back… and it begins again, bigger.

Features

  • 🌌 A true sense of scale. A live readout climbs real units — Ø 1 m → km → AU → light-years → parsecs → gigalight-years — as you swell from speck to cosmos.
  • 🕳️ Pure idle. No frantic clicking. Gravity does the work; you shape it.
  • ⚙️ Upgrades that matter. Pull, Reach, Density, Abundance, Spin, and Devour each change how — and how fast — you consume.
  • 📈 A size gate with meaning. Grow to reach bigger bodies; the giants you couldn't touch become your next meal.
  • 🔄 Prestige. Collapse into a denser singularity and begin again, faster, with permanent Dark Matter upgrades.
  • Cosmic-awe presentation. Procedurally rendered galaxies, nebulae, and worlds; a living deep-field; an ambient soundscape that deepens as you become the universe.

How to play

Watch it grow — then spend mass on upgrades to grow faster. Ascend when you're ready; Collapse once you've consumed everything, and rise again, denser and stronger. A first run takes roughly an hour or two.

Plays right in your browser. Best with sound on. 🔊

There's no way you're not fully AI generating this. You've posted 3 of these in two days, yet the tags say AI assisted and not just fully AI generated

Edit: It's 7 games. not just 3

Your are not wrong about AI but I have clicked every box itch.io gives me regarding development using AI.

Why upload games you didn't make on itch though?

Look, you took the time to come and play a game or just to complain, who knows. The time you spent complaining about AI though could have been put into just selecting the tag "No AI". I just tested the tag on incremental games and the number of games that showed up were about half. So for your own enjoyment I recommend selecting that tag before choosing your next game to play.

very poorly optimised

Lots of frantic clicking actually, on upgrades. It could use one of those x1/x10/x100/Max settings (or even just x1/Max).

The description is also clearly AI. C'mon man.

Beautiful but boring
